The business meeting starts at 7:30pm. Many of us gather earlier (starting at around 6:30) to eat and visit.
Club Rules and Bylaws. James and Nathan have been working hard to draft new Club Rules and Bylaws. We'll begin the revision and approval process at the February 3 meeting. Click here to see an overview of the process we will take and the first draft.
2010 Club Calendar. The club's 2010 calendar has been updated to show events we have planned thus far. Click "Event Calendar" in the menu above to see it.

2010 dues and club polo shirts. 2010 club dues are due by the end of January, and we will place an order for new club polo shirts at that time. Shirts will be provided to 2010 members at no cost; members may order additional shirts for spouses or family members at a cost to be determined.
Mark Phillips will be at the AHRMA SE Awards banquet and will be happy to take:
- your 2010 dues, and
- the information needed for your new club shirt (shirt size, and the name and race # to be embroidered on the shirt.)
The 2009 Southeast Off Road and Dirt Track awards banquet will be held on January 23 at The Inn at Chateau Elan. Awards for motocross, cross country, trials, and dirt track will be handed out. Gather at noon for food and fellowship, followed by awards. Cost for the banquet is $25 per person, payable to Beno Rodi at the door. Please contact Beno at beno@rodi.net or 770-867-1676 to make reservations.

Christmas Party
The club Christmas party was held on December 12 at Chateau Elan. Turnout and food were excellent again this year. Thanks to Beno, Charles, Freddy, and the 2009 leadership team for making the event special.
The club recognized Buddy Wood and John Astleford for their service to the club this year. Whenever we put on an activity, those two were there! Thanks and congratulations to Buddy and John.
