Ted Hubbard / David Cornelison Memorial

April 24, 2010

Atlanta Motorcycle Club invites you to join us at our next race day at Aonia Pass MX Park in Washington Georgia.  Activities will include short track, TT, motocross, and trials events.

The short track event is named in honor of Ted Hubbard and David Cornelison, long-time southeast dirt trackers and road racers.  Ted was the main service rep for BSA and built race bikes for Dick Mann, David Aldana, Jim Rice and others. He built the BSA 750 Rocket IIIs ridden in the Daytona 200 by Dave Aldana in 1970 and Dick Mann in 1971.  Dick won the 1971 event.

AHRMA's VMC Racing Frames National Dirt Track series is making a southeast swing on the 23rd and 24th of April.  Races on the 23rd will be at Mid-Carolina Speedway in Neeses SC and on the 24th they will be at Aonia Pass MX Park in Washington, GA.  Come watch our southeast talent challenge the national competition.

Motocross and trials will be AHRMA southeast region (not national) events.
